The Milwaukee Tool Lifetime Guarantee covers Milwaukee Mechanics Hand Tools, Pliers and Screwdrivers (USA), Shockwave Impact Duty™Sockets, and INSIDER™ Box Ratchet Sockets.
If your tool is not a Mechanics Hand Tool, Pliers and Screwdrivers (USA), Shockwave Impact Duty™ Socket, or INSIDER™ Box Ratchet Socket, visit our Registration and Warranty page for information on additional products.
Every MILWAUKEE® product with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE is replaceable upon failure over the entire life of the product, excluding misuse & abuse as determined by MILWAUKEE. Please submit the Submission Form including a photo, part number, and shipping information.

The Shockwave Impact Duty™ Socket Lifetime Guarantee covers only Shockwave Impact Duty™ Sockets and Extensions.
Items that are NOT covered include: lug nut wheel sockets, socket adapters, reducers, universal joints and retaining rings.
The INSIDER™ Box Ratchet Socket Lifetime Guarantee covers ONLY Box Ratchet SOCKETS.
INSIDER™ Box Ratchet Adapters are not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee.
The Mechanics Hand Tools Lifetime Guarantee covers Chrome Mechanics Hand Tools such as Ratchets & Sockets, Picks and Pry bars, and combination wrenches. Individual eligibility may vary
Here is an example of Mechanics Hand Tools and where to find the model number. If the tool is a part of the set, you only need the model number for the individual piece that needs to be replaced.
Our MADE IN THE USA Pliers and Screwdrivers will have a model number that starts with MT followed by 3 or more numbers.
